SPRING ROLL
FILLINGS
cabbage
carrot
spring onions
green pepper
red pepper
seasoning and salt
onions
soy sauce
chili sauce
tumeric spice
vegetable oil for frying

PROCEDURE
wash all ingredients shred or cut thinly,stir fry all ingredients with very little oil
add seasoning to taste

ROLLING
take one spring roll skin,place a little amount of vegetables on it
roll it up gently,making sure its firm and grip do not loose<when you grt to the end
of the pastry seal it up with flour and water mixture<then fry immediately in hot vegetable oil
