How to make sharwama bread with stove

2cups of plain flour

Half cup of flour for dusting and kneading

1 cup of warm water

2tbs of dry instant yeast

1tbs of salt

2tbs of butter or olive oil

PROCEDURE:
In a small bowl, mix the yeast and warm water and set aside to dissolve

In another bowl, add the flour and salt mix togeda pour in the yeast mixture with the remaining water and continue to mix until you get a rough dough

Now knead the dough on a floured surface until the dough is firm and elastic. If the dough is still sticky add a little more flour and knead until it becomes non sticky

Now grease a bowl with oil, and put in the dough inside, this is to avoid the dough from sticking to the bowl

Cover and allow to rise for 2hours

Now take out the dough and roll out in balls, depending on how large u want ur bread

Flour your surface and roll out the ball until u get a round circle

Ensure to keep the other dough covered while rollin out one, to avoid them drying up

Now take a non sticky pan and heat it up

Put in ur rolled up dough in it, and allow Wen it begins to form bubble, turn to the other side

Deflate the bubbles and put it on a tray

Ur bread is ready
