A team is made up of different minds, but the beauty of a team is that, it is this combination of different minds that makes the team effective and efficient at work.

For every team, there is a leader therefore, it is one of the responsibilities of the leader to harmonize these various minds, in a manner that, despite the disagreement, an agreement would be met, and the team would move forward to achieve her goal.
So, it should not be a problem/challenge to the leader when there is clashing of opinions or different point of views, s/he should be sensitive and wise, know the expression on their faces, understand that the expression on their faces could be as a result of what they have in their heart or what they feel in their body. It is also important that as you work with your team, you understand the kind of persons you're working with, their personality, their temperaments and how to relate with them, so as not to lower their self esteem or even destroy their self esteem.
As a leader, apart from working with your team to achieve a common goal, you have a responsibility to build the personality of your team mates.
